Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use AI Rap Video at airapvideo.cloud (“the service”, “we”). The operator’s name and address are disclosed on request; see the Legal notice. By buying or generating a video you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You may use the service for yourself and for promoting your own music, for example by posting your videos on social platforms. Reselling the service or generating videos for other people as a paid service needs our written agreement.
The service
The service turns one or two photos and a section of a song you upload into a short rap video. A Rap Clip shows one person performing to the beat in a chosen scene; the mouth is not matched to the words. Rap Duo places the two people from two photos in one performance. Lip Sync (paid only) matches one person’s mouth to the uploaded vocal. Results are generated by third-party AI models and may differ from your photos. AI Rap Video is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any artist, record label or platform.
Price and payment
One video is $9.90 USD in any mode: up to 60 seconds, or 30 seconds in HD. Credit packs start at $19.90 USD for 2,000 credits on Pricing. Prices exclude tax; applicable tax is calculated and added at checkout by our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record. Where the law requires it (for example in the EU and Japan), prices are shown including tax. We never see or store your card details.
Your account
Your account is your email address: the one you enter at checkout, confirm with a sign-in link, or sign in with through Google. There is no password. The browser you paid on is signed in automatically. On another browser or device, open My videos and request a one-time sign-in link, which we email to that address. Keep that email address accessible.
Video credits
Credits form one balance for every mode: Rap Clip and Rap Duo cost 10 credits per second (480p) or 25 in HD; Lip Sync costs 15 credits per second or 30 in HD, for 5 to 60 seconds. With no song, an AI-written verse is 5 to 15 seconds at the same rate. Subscription credits are valid until the end of the billing period they were granted for. The exact cost is shown before submission and recorded on the job. Purchased credits (packs and single videos) do not expire while the service operates.
New accounts get free credits once per account, email address and network, while the daily allowance lasts. Free credits expire 7 days after they are granted, cannot be exchanged for money, and a video made only with free credits carries a watermark. We may withhold or remove free credits obtained through duplicate accounts, throwaway email addresses or automated sign-ups. When free credits are paused, we may instead offer one free 5-second Rap Clip at 480p with a watermark, once per account and network.
For every video style, a confirmed failure returns exactly the credits spent, once. If submission or the outcome is uncertain, or the provider is unusually slow, those credits stay reserved while we keep checking; a video that arrives late is delivered, and if none arrives the credits are restored automatically within 24 hours. Do not repeatedly submit the same request.
Subscriptions
Plans renew automatically every month or year at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. Each renewal adds the plan’s credits, which are valid until the end of that billing period; unused subscription credits do not roll over. You can cancel at any time with “Manage subscription” on Pricing; the plan then stays active until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew. We will tell you by email before any price change takes effect, and you can cancel before it applies. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments for a period that has started are not refunded.
Refunds
- Failed videos: the credits spent are returned automatically, so you can try again at no cost.
- Unused credits: email support@airapvideo.cloud from your checkout email within 14 days of purchase. If no credits from that purchase were used, we refund it in full; otherwise we refund the unused credits at the price you paid per credit (for example, 500 unused credits from a 2,000-credit pack bought for $19.90 = $4.97). Refunds go to the original payment method.
- Completed videos: because the generation cost is incurred when the video is made, completed videos are not refundable, except where the result is clearly defective (for example, a blank or corrupted file). Contact us within 14 days and we will either regenerate it or refund it.
Nothing in these terms limits refund rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
Your photos and responsibilities
You must only upload photos of yourself or of adults who have given you permission, and only audio you have the rights to use, and you must follow the Acceptable Use policy. You keep all rights in your photos. You give us a limited licence to process them, and to send them to our video providers, solely to produce the video you ordered. How we store and delete them is described in the Privacy Policy.
Using your video
You keep all rights in your photos and your audio. You may download, keep and share the videos you generate, including posting them on social platforms with your music. You are responsible for having the rights to the audio and the likeness you upload, and for following the rules of the platforms you post to. Videos are AI-generated; do not present them as real footage of real events.
Optional community showcase
The Studio shows a “Show in public examples” option before creation and it is off by default. If you turn it on, or publish a completed video later, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display and stream a compressed preview and poster of that generated video on our website as a promotional example. You confirm that every person shown and the audio rights holder permits that public display. We do not publish your original photos, original audio, name, email, account identifier or payment information with it. We may remove content that violates these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. You can withdraw the licence at any time with “Make private” in My videos; we will then stop serving it publicly. This does not control copies that another person downloaded or reposted while it was public.
Suspension
We may refuse, stop or delete a generation, or suspend access, if we reasonably believe it breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use policy, or is required by law. If we stop a generation for a reason that is not your fault, the credit is returned.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or that any result will meet your expectations. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the video concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Changes do not affect purchases made before them.
